From the moment of the order it takes 24 hours for the cancellation.
Express shipping takes approximately 48 working hours from the moment of departure.
Shipping with UPS takes approximately 24-48 working hours from the moment of departure and costs 4.95 euros.
Same-day delivery with Pony Express is also available in the city of Rome at a cost of 6.95 euros. (order must be processed by 11am).
All shipments may be slowed down due to Covid-19 procedures or other factors not dependent on Dulame.
Orders placed after 7pm will be processed the following working day.
The Tracking Code is made available as soon as the package leaves the warehouse.

To request a return and subsequent refund, it is necessary to send the product to the warehouse indicated by us (within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order) via express courier and attaching the tracking number.
The product and accessories must not be damaged.
The product must be shipped in packaging that protects its contents
Shipping costs for returns or size changes are borne by the customer (including re-sending the new product at a cost of 9.95 euros).
DULAME takes 3-5 working days to credit the refund or make the exchange.
