PRIVACY POLICY (simplified)

The purpose of the privacy policy is to provide maximum transparency regarding the information that the site collects and how it uses it.
In compliance with the obligations deriving from national legislation (Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196, Code regarding the protection of personal data, and subsequent amendments to be understood as fully referenced here) and European (European Regulation for the protection of personal data n. 679/2016, GDPR to be understood as fully referenced here), this site respects and protects the privacy of visitors and users, making every possible and proportionate effort not to damage the rights of users.
This site does not publish advertisements, does not use data for the purpose of sending advertisements, but does use third-party services in order to improve the use of the site, third parties who may collect user data and then use them to send advertisements personalized advertising on other sites. However, this site makes every possible effort to protect user privacy and minimize the collection of personal data.
For example, in some cases the site uses web software, which is set so as not to send cookies (and therefore not collect data).
The site also uses social web plugins to simplify the sharing of materials on social networks. These plugins are configured so that they send cookies (and therefore possibly collect data) only after the user has activated the service.
For information purposes, it should be noted that the management of cookies is an extremely complex sector which involves an activity both on the part of the site manager (who may not be able to correctly manage third-party cookies) and on the part of the user (who may block cookies essential for the functioning of the site). To avoid any form of liability, they recommend the use of specific tools. Therefore, for better and simpler protection and to absolutely protect privacy, we recommend the use of anti-tracking tools, which therefore block tracking by sites.
The failure to use these tools by users is attributable to their free choice so that continued navigation and use of the site and the service without the use of specific anti-tracer tools relieves them of any liability, both civil and criminal, the site manager and the data controller.
For further information you can read the complete information below.
